Both Maureen and I are members of the Alexandra’s Angels cycle team, and the namesake is our very dear friend Alexandra Mastriana who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013. Since then she and her husband Ron have spearheaded an effort to help find a cure for MS. Our 2019 team goal is to raise $250,000, which will propel our team past the million-dollar milestone in just 6 years. 100% of your donation goes directly to the repair & remyelination we support at UCSF. Over the years both Alexandra & Ron have supported many South Florida charities and community programs….

The Alexandra’s Angels are committed to finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis “MS”.  In 2013, we joined together to support our friend Alexandra in her fight against MS.  Since then we have continued to blaze a trail of success in raising hope, awareness, and funds totaling over $830,000 in five years for MS patients and medical research.   Help us push the pedal past the million-dollar mark in 2019!

MS is known as the “snowflake” disease, because no two patients’ symptoms present the same way.  There are 4 types of MS: Relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS), Secondary Progressive MS (SPMS), Primary-Progressive MS (PPMS) and Progressive-relapsing MS (PRMS), however our singular focus is to cure them all!

Our fundraising supports “The Repair & Remyelination” research project at the #1 MS Hospital in the United States: The University of California at San Francisco “UCSF”.  There, the highest-level doctors and researchers are growing Myelin! This could halt, and may ultimately reverse, the debilitating effects of MS, as well as other causes of Myelin damage from disease or injury. This is groundbreaking and very promising!

Join forces with the #1 MS team – MS doesn’t stand a chance against us!  BELIEVE IN A CURE.
